For the first landscape photos, I chose to take pictures of the pond in the back of my neighborhood. I chose to take pictures of the pond because it was easy to access and I thought it had really cool features like the clouds reflection of the water. I added the sponge filter to the second picture to make he photo look like a painting which changes your perspective. By taking these pictures, it really gives you a peaceful, calm feeling with the steady water and beautiful weather. Just staring at the pond just makes you feel relaxed and peaceful inside, like there is no more problems and life is calm and beautiful like the pond.
For the second landscape photos, I chose to take pictures of the forest behind my house. Once again, it was very easy to access, but the forest gives you a curious, adventurous feeling. Like what's in in the middle of the vast collection of trees and wildlife. Just looking at it makes you want to adventure and truly find out the mysteries hidden inside. I added the sponge filter to the second one to make the photo look like a very detailed painting. By taking these pictures, I wanted to show the viewers that there is more than just looking at forests. Like go adventure and discover new things don't just be satisfied with watching.
For the third landscape photos, I chose to take pictures of this beautiful tree with yellow leaves and its surroundings. While hiking on a trail, I came across this beautiful tree and decided that this was the perfect place to take landscape photos. The blue sky and white clouds really brought out the color of the yellow leaves from the tree and the greenery around it. Once again, I added the sponge filter to make the photo look like a painting. Personal I think that this was my best filtered photo because it looks like a professional artist painted it. These photos demonstrate landscape what a solid landscape photo should look like. These photos should give you a joyful feeling with the beautiful weather and abundance of bright, happy colors.
For the fourth landscape photos, I chose to take pictures of a pumpkin patch that my family and I visited over the weekend to buy pumpkins for halloween. Every year it is a tradition in my family to go to the pumpkin patch together and pick out our personal pumpkins to carve. I always enjoy finding the perfect pumpkin to take home because it creates a need for adventure and to walk around to make sure you have the right one. I added the cutout filter on the second photo to give it that painting look. The blue and white sky really bring out the dark green and brown colors of the trees, bushes, and ground. These pictures should show the viewers that there is always better things out there you just have to adventure and not be satisfied.
Finally for the fifth landscape photos, I chose to take pictures of a berry tree in my front yard at dusk. I really enjoy these photos due to the abundance of colors with the sky, leaves, berries, and flowers. I used the sponge filter on the close up on a patch of berries to give it that special painting look. By looking at these photos it makes me feel hungry because of the berries, but it also makes me feel really grateful that I live in a beautiful city that fulfills all my needs and I can just relax and gazed at the beautiful sunset. The colors really bring a smile to your face with the feeling that life is actually really amazing even in hard times.
